Ordering

Your online orders are processed through PayPal's secure shopping cart and payment system.

This is a web-based business, however I can accept fax, mail and phone orders if you first notify me by email that the order is coming. For your convenience there is a printable Order Worksheet here. Please use the contact form here so we can coordinate receipt of your order. DO NOT leave your order on voicemail unless pre-arranged.

Merchandise will be shipped after payment confirmation.

If you are in the State of Washington, sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping

U.S. Shipping rates:
$0-$50 = $7.00 including insurance
$50.01-$100 = $7.50 including insurance
$100.01 + = $8.00 including insurance
Contact me for international rates or express shipment costs.

Orders of in-stock items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmed payment. If the item you are purchasing is out-of-stock I will contact you ASAP to discuss options and shipping schedules.

IMPORTANT: As a one-woman shop, I may be out of town at a craft or trade show, on a buying trip or on vacation. If so, I may not be able to ship to you within the above time frame. If I'm gone I will always post a notice at the top of each Gallery Page indicating when shipping will resume.

I use USPS Insured Priority Mail for most shipments. Per the Post Office, your shipment should arrive 2-4 business days after mailing. Allow extra time during the holiday season. If you need expedited service, contact me and I will let you know the additional charges.

Custom items will ship per our signed contract (see Custom Work).

Returns

Each piece is made individually by hand so you can expect some minor variations, however I take quality control very seriously. I accept returns and exchanges on non-custom work as outlined below:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days from the date of shipment, simply email me using the the form here for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. You may request an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be in the amount of the purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) and will be credited back in the same manner as your original payment with the following exception: shipping and insurance costs cannot be refunded.

All items must be returned securely wrapped in a padded shipping container (envelope, box, etc) and be in original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage to the item in return transit, so I strongly recommend insurance on your shipment. My experience is that USPS Insured Priority Mail is a cost-effective shipping choice. Please retain your shipping/insurance receipt until I acknowledge receipt of your shipment in good condition.

COD shipments will not be accepted. Items damaged while in your possession will be considered chargeable repairs (see Repairs). Custom work is non-returnable (see Custom Work).

Repairs

If one of my pieces needs repair, please email me by using the form here to discuss the repair needed.

If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect I will repair or replace it at no charge and ship it back to you at my expense.

If the damage is due to normal wear, accident or mishandling, a nominal repair charge will apply. Shipping and insurance costs in both directions will be at the expense of the customer.

I'm sorry but I do not repair items I haven't made. It's often difficult to match another artist's work and I want you to be happy with the results.

Custom Work

I do occasional custom work. If you have something in mind please email me using the form here so we can discuss your vision. I do not accept custom work that is beyond my expertise.

Custom work is done with a signed contract and payment terms are:
1/3 upon signed contract
1/3 upon final design approval
any change orders after final design approval must be paid in advance
balance including shipping upon completion of work

Custom work is not returnable.

Your Privacy

I hate spam. I pledge to do anything within my power to protect you from it. I do not share your personal information with anyone. I use SSL protected payment processing through PayPal. I cross-cut shred any paperwork containing personal or financial data before recycling it.

I do reserve the right to add you to my own email list. Any of my (infrequent) emails will have instructions on how to be removed from my email list. Or you can subscribe/unsubscribe to my list by using the form here.

Wholesale/Consignment
